Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will aim to despatch the goods the same working day we receive your order (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, before 3pm) so long as the item is in stock  you should receive the goods either the next day or within 2-5 days depending on your location.

 
What if the item(s) I choose are out of stock?

We will advise you and give you an option to choose something else, wait for it to come in or offer a refund.
 

Is my payment secure?

We use PayPal which is a secure method of payment, we do not store your credit card details.

 
Can I collect the item?

If you would prefer to order on line and collect in store, this is no problem just click “collect in store” and we will advise you when your items(s) are ready for collection.  Please note that the items may not be in stock so please do not come to the shop after you have placed your order with our click on collect in store until you have been advised that your items are ready to collect.
 
  
Can I get free delivery?

Yes you can if you live in IV1, IV2 or IV3, simply click the free delivery button when prompted. Minimum spend of £50.00 applies (after any discounts are applied)

 
I can’t find what I want on the website?

Please call our customer service team Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm and we may be able to get it in especially for you.

 
Does your shop stock everything that is on the website?

No, not everything that you see on the website is available from our shop but we can of course order it in for you.  We also carry lines in our shop that are not listed on our website.

Do you sell frozen food?

Our suppliers do not have facilities to ship frozen produce to the Highlands so we are unable to stock this range.

Do you sell pets or live food for pets?

We do not have a pet shop licence so we cannot sell pets, but our sister company "Simply Pet Care" does breed rabbits and guinea pigs which are sometimes for sale.  We are hoping to sell live food and frozen mice in the near future so please let us know what you want.
