About Us

Simply Pets is a family run business which began in 2007 by Emma and Bruce.

 “It all started when we got our first Border Collie together and we could not find any decent dog food in Inverness, we wanted to give her the best”.  We had scoured the internet so we knew there were excellent products out there but no one locally stocked them.  So we began to investigate starting our own business in Inverness and Simply Pets was born.  “ We have guinea pigs, rabbits, a few Exmoor ponies and of course our dog.  We have owned fish, cats, a few dogs, hamsters and parrots so we have a wide range of experience in pet ownership.  As we have also been running our animal care business we also had some knowledge of reptiles, small birds, ferrets, rats, chinchillas, hens and pigs to name a small selection.  It is important for us to help the pet owner with expert but honest advise.  We have tried pretty much everything ourselves on our own pets that we stock so we can help you decide which one may suit your pet the best”.
